Bill will be remembered with great affection by all of us; we all loved him and his Scottish ways, with his gentle humour and intelligence. Conversations with him were so much fun, and so interesting. We will always remember him sprinting up a mountain in the Trossachs, making light of his "man cold", leaving us far behind.
